1 Account linking

Do this first. It is the easiest way not to lose your account.

Linking steps (VK / Discord / Telegram)

Open the bot on your preferred social network (links below).
Send: !привязать your_nick
The bot will give you a code. Enter it on the server: /addsocial CODE

Example:
In bot → !привязать inkognito338
On server → /addsocial 123456

VK: vk.com/write-212653208
Telegram: @UltraMcAuthBot
Discord: discord.ultramc.top → open the member list → find UltraMc Auth#2268 at the top → DM the bot.

If someone is trying to hack your account

If you still have access — change your password immediately: /changepassword.
If you linked your account — reset the password in one click in the social app and kick the hacker session (if they are online).
If you have no access and no linking — contact technical support.

2 Security

Short rules that actually work.

Never share your password/email/phone/payment receipt.
Staff will never ask for your password. Password requests = scammers.
Buy only at shop.ultramc.top.

Phishing “server copies”

If someone asks you to join “their server” — be careful: they may steal your account. Sometimes a server looks exactly like UltraMc but the IP is different — that is phishing (server copy / MITM attack). Play only on official addresses: UltraMc.joinserver.xyz, UltraMc.top, play.UltraMc.top.

About “cheat checks”

Cheats are fully allowed on UltraMc. Nobody may call you for “checks” or “inspections”. Any “cheat checks” are a scam. Do not show players your folders/directories or browser history, do not give PC access, do not visit third-party sites/servers, and do not install “check” software. Never share passwords, codes, or account data.

Change password

Use a strong unique password.

/changepassword [oldpassword] [newpassword]
Example: /changepassword 12345 newPassword15

End active session

If you played from someone else IP (VPN/public Wi‑Fi), end the session — active sessions may allow login without a password.

5 If your account was stolen

Follow these steps.

Change your password with /changepassword immediately (if you still have access).
If you suspect malware/data theft — scan your system with antivirus first. Note: modern malware can hide deep in the system, so a full OS reinstall may be required in severe cases.
Install OS, launcher, and apps only from official sites. Avoid cracks/packs/suspicious “cheats and mods” (especially from unofficial sites, Telegram channels, or “YouTuber packs”) — they are a common infection source.
